  There manager (Tara) is totally incompetent and said its not her job to train and tell her employees that answer the phone where they do and don't deliver too. We've ordered from here for 3 yrs now. Then all of sudden they don't deliver to us anymore and the first employee says they never have. I say that's absurd I've ordered 10+ times in the past 3 yrs and the last one as of a couple months ago and it was never told to me or brought to my attention that they do not deliver to my address. Tara then proceeds to argue with me and says that her employees who answer the phone don't know where Domino's routes end. So, if they take the order we have to deliver it. I proceeded to say so your telling in 3 yrs not one person I've talked to knows where the routes go and the ending points are for your delivery? She then says probably not there always new people in and out. That's when I asked well as the manager don't you think that's your job to train them so they do know, therefore you will have better customer service and not lose people's business (like mine). She gets really mad and proceeds to rudely tell me no that's not my job and hangs up the phone. Dominos has great pizza but this is terrible customer service and unprofessionalism from there "manager" Tara who sounds like she's never managed a day in her life because she obviously doesn't know what the job intels or how to talk to loyal customers. C'mon Dominos, know if you've got someone in place who can manage your business, because she's not someone I'd let run my business. Rude, unprofessional, talks down about her other employees as if they have no clue and yet she doesn't realize it's her job to train and over see them. Lol. WOW!!!

  Horrible experience! I've ordered from here multiple times and I'm always disappointed, the wait time for the food to get here takes an hour at least. The pizza is never cut right and sometimes they don't even make a pizza correctly, and they are very spiteful when you complain. The employees are very rude, It amazes me that they are still open.

  Horrible experience! Pizza was an hour and a half late. Still gave deliver driver 5$ tip but when I opened pie inside it was totally nasty, cheese on half the pizza. Took the sausage and sauce back to the store to get refund and was ignored. After continually letting costumers that were behind me get their food, I'm almost 2 hours into this now so I left the pizza on the counter. It cost me a quarter of a hundred dollars with nothing to show for to only know not to deal with them anymore.
